as nuts to see these animals out in the wild.

After the we returned to the lodge, we had dinner with the entire team. I spent the rest of the ight hanging out with a few team members in our room. Each room had a balcony porch that overlooked the Nile River. It was an incredible sight. Saturday morning, we got up very early to take a boat ride down the Nile. I was really excited for this adventure. Since our team was so big we had to take two separate boats. Boating down the river was truly amazing. The scene was beautiful. Along the way we saw tons of hippos, crocodiles, birds, more water buffalo, and even some elephants in the distant. We came up to Murchinson Falls and saw quite the surprise. There was a dead hippo floating, belly up, down the river. Our guide told us that the waterfall and its currents are so strong sometimes hippos can get caught up in them and not be able to escape. What a weird thing to see! After the boat ride, we went to see the falls up close and take more pictures. It was then time to board the bus again and start the long journey back to Kampala.
